1. Introduction

Welcome to everreach. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the everreach virtual phone service ("Service") provided by Everreach Limited ("we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

everreach provides a virtual phone service that allows you to:

  • Obtain a UK local or national virtual phone number
  • Forward incoming calls to UK mobile or landline numbers
  • Manage call routing, voicemail, and greetings
  • Access call records and analytics

The Service is designed for incoming calls only. You cannot make outgoing calls using your everreach number.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer various subscription plans with different minute allocations and features. All plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you exceed your monthly minute allocation, incoming calls will be automatically forwarded to voicemail. You may upgrade your plan at any time during your billing period.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in British Pounds and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment is due monthly in advance. We accept payment by credit or debit card.

If payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Service. We do not provide refunds for cancelled subscriptions, but you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

  • For any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • To transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or harassing calls
  • In any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service
  • To forward calls to premium rate, special services, or non-geographic numbers (except as permitted)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Call Forwarding Restrictions

You may only forward calls to:

  • Standard UK geographic numbers (beginning with 01 or 02)
  • Standard UK mobile phone numbers

You may not forward calls to:

  • Premium rate numbers (beginning with 09)
  • Special services and non-geographic numbers (beginning with 08, 05, or 03, except as permitted)
  • Short codes or personal numbers (beginning with 070)

We may change these restrictions at any time and do not guarantee they will remain the same.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Your Service will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Upon cancellation, your virtual number may be recycled and made available to other customers. We may hold your number for a period (usually up to 3 months) for reactivation, but this is not guaranteed.

We do not provide refunds for cancelled subscriptions, but you will retain full access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We store call records and voicemail messages in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Upon cancellation, you will lose access to your call records and voicemails. We recommend downloading or printing important records before cancelling.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
