How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within one working day, and most emails are answered within a few hours during business hours. Our support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm UK time.
What happens after I send an email?
You will receive an automatic confirmation that we have received your message. A member of our team will then review your enquiry and reply with a personal response. If we need any additional details, we will let you know.
